We offer $5.50 special local delivery within 10 miles of our workshop in Stuart, FL.

Local deliveries are handled personally by our team to ensure your items arrive safely.

We currently ship to U.S. continental addresses only.
We do not ship to:

5. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:

  • Special local delivery: $5.50 within 10 miles of our workshop in Stuart, FL.
  • Flat rate shipping: $9.95 on all orders under $150
  • Free shipping on orders $150+ within the continental United States

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 3โ€“7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please doubleโ€‘check your shipping information before completing your order.
Abstract Beezzz is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@shop.abstractbeezzz.com.

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

8. Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Candles

You may cancel an order containing candles before it ships.
If the order has already shipped, you may still request a return only if the candles are unused, unlit, and in their original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.

Honey & Edible Products

We do not accept cancellations or returns for honey or any edible items once the order has been processed.
