At Abstract Beezzz, every product is handcrafted with care using natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our items, we maintain the following guidelines regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns only for unused candles in their original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or lit candles
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Honey or any edible items (for safety, hygiene, and quality control)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Natural variations in color, texture (such as honey crystallization), or scent are normal and not considered defects.

2. Cancellations

We accept cancellations only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Candles

You may cancel an order containing candles before it ships.
If the order has already shipped, you may still request a return only if the candles are unused, unlit, and in their original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.

Honey & Edible Products

We do not accept cancellations or returns for honey or any edible items once the order has been processed.
This ensures product safety, freshness, and quality.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@shop.abstractbeezzz.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Please keep all original packaging materials for inspection while we process your claim. We will review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to be returned to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non‑Refundable Items

The following items are non‑refundable:

  • Honey and edible products
